Gameplay

Tourist Trap is a collaborative card game for 2-4 people that takes players on a narrative journey across a nondescript American landscape. Its pit stops and entities are inspired by real life mysteries, road trip folklore, and anecdotal experiences from adventures past. Even if you don't survive the road's hunger for those that cross it, you're sure to have a good time.

A firm existence in the uncanny valley, building dread, teamwork, body horror, and a complete disrespect for the laws of physics

Game Status

Tourist Trap is being playtested currently. The mechanics will not likely change much, but the content may. As changes are made, they will be documented in dev logs so you can easily go in and reprint affected cards.

Ideally there will also be a physical release in late 2025/early 2026. Custom card art is also in the works.
